MAXIMUS INFOXCHANGE is a Remote Management solution designed to serve Banks, ATM Managed Service Providers and other Financial Institutions. It has a centralized system that allows for retrieval and management of EJ files, images and other file-based content residing on ATMs, and remote deployment of ATM screens and software patches.
With an easy-to-use interface, MAXIMUS INFOXCHANGE enables customers or service providers to retrieve EJ files or carry out content deployment by group, geography or even individual ATMs automatically, at scheduled times or on demand whenever required.
MAXIMUS INFOXCHANGE serves as ATM agents for a wide range of ATMs and cash recyclers, server application and supports integration with external systems.
MAXIMUS INFOXCHANGE solution has two components -
EJ and image files can be pulled every night or at non-peak hours through an automated service or using the manual pulling provision. Content like functional ATM screens and advertisement messages can be downloaded from a central site to remote terminals.
The software interprets the contents of the EJ files and depending on the transaction error codes, raise automated tickets and/or pull the associated images/videos. Similarly, any transaction and external camera images can be pulled on demand.
Advertising or transaction screens are pushed to the terminals group-wise, zone-wise or location-wise. Software patches can be pushed onto the terminals during the preventive maintenance activity. The terminals can also be shut down or brought through remote commands.
