Thimphu, Bhutan – November 2024: Bhutan National Bank (BNB) has launched Bhutan's first-ever BNB Loyalty Programme, a customer-centric initiative that rewards clients for their trust and engagement. This landmark programme, developed end-to-end by Maximus, highlights BNB’s commitment to leveraging digital innovation to enhance customer experience.
The BNB Loyalty Programme is tailored to reward customers for a range of activities across BNB’s digital ecosystem, including QR payments, ATM withdrawals, POS transactions, internet banking and agency banking. Unique features like Cashback Quest offer incentives for services such as mobile recharges, loan repayments and tour payments, while the Refer & Earn feature allows customers to gain points by introducing others to BNB services. Additionally, loyalty points based on the length of a customer’s relationship with the bank add a deeply personal touch.
